Ingredients
8 bacon strips
1 zucchini
1 lb ground turkey
¾ tsp dried sage
Pinch of salt
1 cup guacamole or plain mashed avocado
Preparation
Add bacon to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook 8 minutes , flipping occasionally, until crispy.
Grate zucchini on the large holes of a box grater. Squeeze out excess water with a paper towel. Add zucchini to a bowl, along with the ground turkey, dried sage, and a pinch of salt. Form mixture into 4 patties.
Transfer bacon to a plate lined with paper towels. Place turkey patties in the rendered fat in skillet and cook 4-5 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in the middle.
Place patties on plate and top, evenly with the guacamole. Layer bacon slices evenly on top and enjoy!
